Fruits contain many essential vitamins and nutrients and therefore, its consumption is very beneficial to our health. They contain many important vitamins necessary for growth and human development.

















Benefits and vitamins from fruits
Vitamin A is present in many fruits, the most noteworthy are oranges, blackberries, watermelons, peaches, apples and kiwis. The benefits of this vitamin brings us to our body are cell reproduction, formation of hormones, stimulating the immune system and improving vision and hair growth.

Vitamin B1 can be found in bananas, raspberries, pears, lemons, oranges, mangoes, grapefruits and pineapples. The benefits of this vitamin contributes to our health are the proper functioning of the heart, nervous system and muscles.

Vitamin B2 can be found in the kiwi. This vitamin is necessary for production of red blood cells, growth, body development and reproduction.

We can find vitamin B3 in bananas, peaches, kiwis and melons. This vitamin is important for the proper functioning of the digestive system and the nervous system, for healthy skin and for normal growth.

Vitamin B5 can be found in fruits such as oranges and bananas. This vitamin provides many benefits to our health, among which the metabolism of food, cholesterol production, manufacture vitamin D and steroid hormones and the maintenance of a healthy digestive system.

Vitamin B6 can get the bananas and watermelons. This vitamin is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, for the production of antibodies, the immune system maintenance, the production of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the nervous system.

In vitamin B9 folic acid and found folate and can be found in strawberries, kiwis, blackberries, oranges and bananas. This vitamin is necessary for cell growth, fetal development, the production of red blood cells, DNA, and the nervous system.


Vitamin C can be obtained from the pears, apples, lemons, strawberries, bananas, plums, raspberries, blackberries, grapes, mangoes and watermelons. This vitamin our health benefits preventing oxidation of free radicals, protecting cells and tissues, helping formation of collagen, cartilage, blood vessels and muscles. It is vital for the absorption of iron, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Vitamins yellow fruits
The yellow fruits contain a lot of vitamin C. Among the yellow and orange fruits are oranges, bananas, pineapple, guava, melon, mango, papaya and tangerines.

Vitamins acidic fruits
Among acidic fruits we highlight the lemon, tangerine, orange and grapefruit. These fruits are rich in vitamin C.
